My birthday!!

(Starting from the left: Wills, Me, Allison, Claire, Emma, and Heather.)

Okay, okay, I know this is a little late...but I couldn't get a hold of good pictures. :D I turned thirteen! We had a blast at my party, watching movies, obsessing over Harry Potter, playing tag (yes, I know) and teasing our poor crippled friend, Wills. (That sounds really mean, I know...it was so fun to watch him hobble around, though! We joked around and offered to assist "the poor crippled soul..." everyone laughed, including him.) As it got dark, mostly we just talked, glad to see each other. (At school, we're not on the same team...D: It's sad.) Then we played "Vampires", which is basically Sardines with some changes. "Vampires" flit about mysteriously in the shadows, while "Vampire Hunters" search for them. (4 vampires, 4 v. hunters.) If the Vampires find each other they can roam in packs. The vampires are captured when touched, then they turn into a hunter. It was really fun! Soon people had to leave though, which was very, very sad.
I got some really cool stuff, mostly involving art supplies. :D as extras though, I got chocolate, a humongous cat poster, and a cool friendship bracelet. Thanks, guys!

Trophy!

We had an awards ceremony for school...and I got a trophy for Language Arts! (English.) Yay!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows!!!!!/Mockingjay!!!!!

Can you believe it? FINALLY the seventh movie is coming out!! (Or "movies" I should say, they're splitting it into two parts.) This is SO exciting—I can't wait to go to see it in the movie theater! Hopefully they'll do a good job—if they don't, I'll be waiting to critique it. To celebrate, I'm reading the whole series through (again). This will be so AWESOME!!!!!

In other exciting news, the third book in the Hunger Games series is coming out—Mockingjay. I AM SO SO SO SO SO SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!! I also LOVE the cover...I really hope Katniss can save everyone!! Also, I want her to end up with Peeta. :)

Have a spectacular day!!

13

I just realized...I'm officially a teenager! I know age doesn't mean much, but something about being officially labeled "teen" is scary to me. Well, no matter what, they're not making an adult out of me. I'll just be a kid at heart. :D Long may our youth and spirit reign!
Adieu,
Anna

Hi!

Hello everyone! I'm sorry I don't post much, but I only come here once in a while. :) Of course, Kat's probably the only one reading my blog anyway.
This summer was so fun! We went to Virginia and had a blast at Busch Gardens. Guess what? I overcame my fear of roller coasters! (I definitely proved that by going on Griffon 10 times.)
Oh my gosh! Eighth grade is coming so quickly...and I'm so scared. Hopefully I'll be able to cope, but it's definitely going to be nerve wracking.
I recently saw Eclipse in the theaters, which was fun. They actually stayed pretty close to the book plot line.
Also, I am currently in love with the Hunger Games and West Side Story. That movie is SUCH a classic!!! That's why it gets the place of honor as my post picture. :) Go, Maria!
And...Girls Camp! The best Camp in the whole world for feeling the Spirit and spending time with other LDS girls. :D That was SO much fun. My "room mate" got pranked though...poor her! They silly-sprayed her then gave her a few shots with their water gun. :) Those fourth years...such trouble makers.
Until my next post!
